Has any country got the right to ask it's people to fight in a war?

With the situation in libya and the people being told falsehoods by the mainstream media. Has there ever been a just and worthy war? The majority of wars are to carry out actions that benefit a very few and sacrifice the lives of millions. The first world war was about british imperialism and the financial domination of the Rothschild family. The iraq war oil. Afghanistan opium. Now libya and oil and also the fact Ghadaffi owed no money to the imf, wanted to make money from his own oil, was experimenting in alternative power and was expanding the aquifers in his desert and would have been able to feed most of the middle east. Obviously the bankers want the worldwide population to slowly starve. The west unable to afford basic foodstuffs and stopping underdeveloped countries feeding themselves and becoming self reliant. Remove these bankers from power and we can control our own planet without fear of being bombed by the new world army.
