Medication advice what should i do?

I am currently on 27mg concerta in the morning and take 1mg of lorazepam 3 times daily, i am sick to death of having to be reliant on loraz, as i have been on it over three months. my doctor suggested i take the first two doses of lorazepam and replace the night time dose with clonazepam, any thoughts guys? he reckons it might help me wean off this damned stuff
