Am I European descent ?

Okay so I'm from Ecuador , but born in America . My father was born with blonde hair, blue eyes and is very white (My family calls him a Gringo as a nickname). As he got older his eye and hair color started changing. His hair changed to really dark brown hair and eye color turned Brown. My mother was born with blonde hair , Brown eyes. She is very white as well and as she grew older her hair color changed to a nice brownish color. I was born with grey smokey eyes and black hair. I'm very white as well .
