Do you think it is ok to take our baby on our honeymoon?

You really should ignore the people who are telling you to abandon your newborn for a week. Those times are precious and you don't want to lose a minute. I have a five year old and I took him on trips when he was two months old. As long as you keep him away from crowds and keep your hands clean before touching the baby it should be fine. A baby that young won't have any idea it is on vacation. If you are going to go on the honeymoon, I would take the baby for sure. You can have sex while the bay is sleeping. And you can have a romantic time when your baby is awake sightseeing or cuddling. No worries :)
