What is the Price of Taxing the Rich?

There are two types of human beings: those few who have the IQ and drive (lust?) to make fortunes (think Henry Ford, Carnegie and Bill Gates) and all the 95% rest of us (including me) who enthusiastically become employees of those wealth/job creators. To acknowledge the contributions to mankind of these few wealth creators requires an admission of reality which no socialist – I mean demcrat, is capable of admitting: Human beings are not equal.
