Mainland China will slash import taxes on luxuries goods. Will this mean fewer shopping trips to Hong Kong?

Hong Kong upholds its pride on genuine products. People who buy in Hong Kong know they are buying quality items. Everybody can rely on Hong Kong for genuine quality products without a doubt. I can't say the same for Mainland, even the mainlanders are dubious of their own products, what a laugh.
