sounds like "drama queen" might not be the best description. you're simply one of those girls who grew up being pampered, very protected by your family members. your personality develops a lot from the environment / people you spend most of your time with, so maybe you simply need to learn how to work well with other people. some people are naturally "people friendly", and are less often less criticized. I suggest you spend more time getting to know other people in conversations with them, rather than talk about yourself? often when people find that you are genuinely interested in getting to know them, they will be more drawn to you.
